If she feels better in her skin now it's all good. After all a nose is in the middle of the face.

Also people would have constantly made fun of her nose if she hadn't work on it so...

More than Jhanvi, Khushi's transformation shocks me the most. Plus rhinoplasty is not uncommon. I see nothing wrong in going ahead with it,of course as long as it's safe

THIS!!!! Its her nose she can transplant her ass to her face and it still wouldn't be anyone else's business. People here need to judge everything when i am sure some of them could use a little plastic surgery themselves. And to think all this harassment would be against their perfect morals and their stance against "body shaming".

If she is 18 i guess it would be perfectly legal to say that she is hot. She looks all set to be the next superstar.
