Magalsutra wala sequence was edited out because in sbs segments they showed that dev is putting mangalsutra around her neck and about the lehenga in Bengali wedding (since the pandit must be doing the wedding as per bengali culture) bride wears a banarasi saree given by her parents and puts the saree which is given by her sasural or the groom known as lojjabostro on her head as ghunghat throughout the ceremony it is a sign of respect towards the sasural that is why sona put the chunri of that lehenga on her head as no saree was given to her but here one thing I would like to add that there was clearly miscommunication between the two families about their customs.

Mangalsutra portion was edited. If you have noticed, there was mangalsutra in Sona's neck after the wedding.

For the Non veg thing Dev convinced that his family will have no problem with it. And if they had, they should have told Dev or the Bose family about it.

It was really nice of Saurav and Elena to apologize for the fish fiasco.

In the whole episode, i felt bad for both Dixit and Bose family at some places. But these kind of issues arise in Inter cultural weddings... The thing that matters the most is happiness of the newly wed. And both the families were more concerned about DevAKshi, which was the best thing.

If you read my post thoroughly I mentioned some of the customs of Dikshit's also should have been included . Mangal Sutr if edited whose fault that is? As an audience I feel cheated for not incorporating the most important ritual as per the Dikshit's. They edited it it was there such arguments won't convince me I am sorry.

I don't care for what was edited. I bother about the event that was telecast. So for me the Mangal sutr ritual was not included. That's all.

I loved the wedding. But. It would have been times better and more progressive if they would have adjusted and bifurcated the customs from both the cultures. It was an eyesore how biased the wedding was. Boses were not ignorant IMO. They tried their best to make out of the situation. But its lack of talk from both sides elaborately on the customs , which is actually the rushed writing. Still. In the time span they had they put up a really good show. Easier for us to say but the makers have to keep the show working and unfortunately drama works for TRPs so all the situations made for clashes. They did good work. Ishwari have bent and bent throughout the wedding and all is piling up inside her, and she is soon gonna burst.

But most astonishing fact s dev and sona were totally disconnected from d happenings..both were like get us married yar tum log sar phodo..I loved this attitude of dem...aise h rahenge to sukh jeewan. Assured..

Fish drama was just Ott ..but happy when sona gave dat look to Dada...meaning kuch to discuss kiya h..rest k biwi se tana to Monday dev babu ko padega..he better get used to dis now

. Thanks for catching my point. Generally in love marriages bride and groom together solve issues regarding the function and find out an amicable solution that appeases both the sides. But here it looks like Sona has misutilised Dev's love and concern for her and let everything happen as per her parents tradition and wishes. Since I am not a fan of lead pair together I can point it out bluntly though it hurts most of the members. Can't help it because FL is selfish to the core.

yes Boses tried to make the best out of the situation. Everything went in their favour.
