This is what lacking in the episode

Must read👏

I am so glad even editor also noticed this.

CV's should know their strength lies in the simplicity and subtlety not over drama.

Its not just this episode...but for the past few weeks we are not getting much scenes of Dev and Sona...even after the patch...they are just there for few mins and then its always the others...and too much negativity...and flow of the scenes is very poor...they just jump from one to another topic...
This show was famous for its subtle way of telling a beautiful story ... now its going to be typical MIL , DIL kitchen politics...

Patience has been wearing off . , if they show same old drama of GKB and ishwari always taunting sona and sona being mute . then bye bye show.

I liked they pointed out about how dev and sona was muted especially dev when that widow incident happened and during kanyadan also .

even sona also during lehnga incident.😕😕

The article is sooo correct. My feelings exactly. So agree with the Hits and MIsses. But would like to add to the Hits...Moon Banerjee as Asha Bose was just brilliant today. Be it during the lehenga issue and how she tried to convince Dadi Bua, Mamiji and Ishwari while also trying to convey a msg to Sona. Beautiful performance. And then advising Saurabh to not make the car key an issue. And then trying to convince Ishwari and family to have food. And the best being the Bidaii sequence. She was just amazing today. Cried and got emotional with her every single time. The dialogues written for her were really good but the touch she adds to it...commendable.
@WeRockTheWorld and @Tinkerfairy...Loved your comments and so agree with it. But do you'll know wats coming our way...Dont know abt Romance ...but for sure "MIL , DIL kitchen politics". Watch Aashika's snapchat and get a glimpse of it. From the looks of it ...another Rasam being shot...most likely 'Muh Dikhayi'. Are we going to see Sona in this looong ghunghat???? Now if u see the snapchat u might get a better idea of wat i am trying to say :)

Mannn...arent there Rasams that are romantic too?

Ps. Sorry dont know how to download Snapchat Videos :(

All I can say is they tried to show the reality and not ott drama which will stretch over episodes. The drama just shows how different they are and was necessary . If only they had 30 more minutes we could have had more devakshi scenes...
There were conflicts and they showed how they should be handled.. Lastly in real weddings even if it a love marriage they bride and groom hardly talk to each other .. It is only looks and smiles... The marriages rituals are usually very tiring and they have to concentrate and listen what pandit is saying...

They kept it pretty real for me... I am happy with the episode

I agree that even in real weddings the couples don't talk but taunting part and looking down upon the other cultural was too much. When they had decided that this will be a Bengali wedding style then what was all that fuss about? Stretched it a bit too much.

I think what they writers were trying to bring out is the twobfamilies agreed to this marriage just for the sake of dev and sona - the two families are yet to accept each other and hence the constant game of one upmanship
