1st I have few objection...

please see

Every Bengali to-be-bride have to a "GachSindoor" which given by Mother at the time of "Dodhimongala" also tied red yellow thread with "Durba"

2. Whom will do Kanyadhan,he have do "Biddhi" .. Kind of Puja being fasting

3. Khanyadhan happens like this

4.ShubhaDristi happens by both covered be a saree or Dhoti(Check above her)

and

5. "Sathpaak" happens like this Bride goes round of groom by walking along or by sitting on tool by carried by brothers before "ShuboDristi".. not hand to hand around fire.
