So many rituals were done differently than how it is done among Bengalis.

aNd the dixits kept on insulting Bose family and Bengali cuture at each and every step, calling them out, bashing like uncultured unmannered uneducated people, calling the Shadi "paap" n all, reducing Sona and Asha to tears.

Shame on Sona for not standing up for her family, why the hell should Sourav n Elena apologize profusely ?? Fish is considered as Maata Laxmi's vaar daan and her sign , it's essential ritualistic part of many pujas.

My mom was shaking her head all the time. It was unbearable how much insult Bose family tolerated . It was very difficult to watch.

Let's see how long her love survives in that poisonous atmosphere.

I understand that fish is very auspicious for bangalis but we have to think from ishwaris side too. They are pure brahmins and for some pol it is very difficult to eat at the same place where non veg is being served. They cant tolerate non veg in thier house as it hurts thier religious sentiments. Sourav and Elena were right in apologizing as unintentionally though it was a mistake on thier part that fish landed in ishwari niwas.
During nehas wedding when neha wanted to wear lehenga purchased by her brother it was sonakshi who told her that agar ranveer k ghar se aaya hua lehenga pehnogi to usme unki family ka part lagogi apni si lagogi. Ishwari too told neha that sge shud wear lehnga from her sasural. So, whats wrong of she was expecting same from her bahu as well. Sona or her family shud have at least informed dixits that sona wont be wearing the lehnga for whatever reasons.
I cant say what kaand ishwari is gonna do next but she was very sober today.
