I agree. It has to be Shivvay who finds out for himself, when maybe Annika unknowingly give him a clue or hint (nikal nahi rahee thi - rakh rahi thee types)
Why make Annika take the fall. Shivvay would obviously think that she has done it out of jealousy. They both have almost admitted that they have feelings for each other by now.
Tia might try to blame this on Annika trying to poisoning Shivvay's mind but that will make him realize even more how good and honest Annika is.
After what he said in front of Om and Rudra about her he needs to redeem himself by taking up for her in public. Annika needs to hear the words from him to start healing. Shivvay has a long way to go yet - he is not going to win Annika's trust that easily now.
