When a marriage is not consummated it can be annulled, ders no need 4 a divorce.Besides a contract entered under coercion is also null n void,so its true that d marriage doesn't count.
Anyways I don't think d CVs have so much knowledge on d legalities of marriage,they r surely gonna stretch d marriage crap for a long long time n d 3 leads wud dwell upon how things shud b corrected.
