Many of you are confused about the whole thing we are facing now, and many are used to what is happening because they had experience the same before. I am making this post for the people who are dealing with this whole mess for the very first time...

I am one of those who already had their heart broken for one or more shows. The very first time I had been exposed to the credulity of Channels & Ph dirty politics and actor's tantrums had been with IPKKND, but that time I wasn't too attached to the show. When I got to know it was ending, it didn't really matter to me because I could see that the actor is bored with continues meangingless tracks even though it was his absence which had messed up the flow of the show in the first place. All things said, I moved on. Then came Qubool hai, my second Indian show and I was invested in it and how. But then KSG left QH, all the dirty politics and blame game started...

But that time, IPKKND fans had set the trend of 'trending', and QH fans followed their footprints and did the same. They trended for his come back for months. They begged, pleaded and threaten Zee, ph and what not. We have written long letter, I myself had, and one of us had printed it all and posted and mail it to Zee and Ph. But KSG didn't come back...

All things said and done, fans still had spend months, really months, tweeting Zee to do something about it. And the truth is, when KSG left the show, it was only some 120 episode old, but the show didn't stop. It was on air for years, the old fans stopped watching it and the new fans started to join in, nothing stopped. They said 'the show must go on' and it did...

For me and many old fans, QH, Zee and Gul shows became something we avoided and still do. As funny and immature as it sounds, the wounds are still open. And many of us healed only after discovering something better, which took years...

It was 2013 then, and it took me almost 2 years to move on, only because I found something better in ky2. The story was strong and very well-written. I enjoyed it and am going to cherish it for life. But even that show got ruined after some point. Then I discovered that rarely a show runs smoothly without the Ph and channel doing their own behind the scene drama and dirty politics.

Ky2's first season ended brutally, the actor who played the male lead left the show and there was no hope that he will ever come back or that we will get a proper end as in the last episode, to cover up his absence, they showed that the male lead had a car accident and was missing from the scene of the crime. They left the end open because it was undecided if there would be a second season or not. The Ph was pushing for one and was still in talks with Mtv. And a week after, they aired the first episode of the 2nd season where the MALE lead was missing and probably dead.

The leasson:- The Ph put their best effort to make the channel agree, without the male lead, who to be honest, was more important for the TRP and fangirls than the show itself. But The channel agreed as they did want to. That means, both Ph and the channel can do whatever the want to, an actor or actress can't be the reason for them to end the show. (Which means Nikkita doesn't has any power to say 'yes' or 'no' here when it comes to ending EDKV or not.)

Ky2's attraction were Richa Yamani, the amazing Cvs and Parth, the male lead. Richa had to leave the show because she was ill and Parth wanted to discover more than playing a character which wasn't being written well anymore. The second season without these two had no meaning, but still, Ph and MTV were all up for the second season, so there was a 2nd season.

Many were disappointed, 70% of us stopped watching the show. MaNan and Parth-Manik's fan trended for MONTHS for his come back, even though he said he has no intention. But still, the fans went on and trended for months and months...But this time, they did get a positive result. Parth did melt and agreed to come back to give the fans their happy ending. A few days after that, MTV & Ph and Parth met up and then a week after he was back as Manik.

So, what I am trying to say is, don't give up if you really want EDKV to not end. We have time till 7th Oct and even after that. Don't take 'no' as an answer if you don't want to, keep trying till you can. Only the fans who had been persistent succeeded in their mission. While it's true that it's tiring and we shouldn't have to deal with this whole mess only because we have committed the crime of watching a Sony show with a dead brain Ph, but that is how it is and we have to deal with it. They are busy in playing dirty politics and the blame game, while we suffer. The only power we have is to try to persuade them, threaten and tell them that we are going unsubscribe the channel and continue trending...

At this point, I have discovered that nowadays rarely a show runs smoothly without Ph and channel doing their own behind the scene drama. So, all you have to do is try your best because if you don't do that, you are going to regret it whenever you look back, whenever you think about anything related to ShraMan and EDKV. With each and everything that reminds you of EDKV, you are going to feel the pain of emptiness, because it doesn't matter if you give up or continue to trend, the incompleteness of EDKV is going to haunt you for a very long time. God, the emptiness it's going to leave behind...🥺

If you don't want to feel it, do whatever you can to save your show till you have time...Don't give up till there is even a lil hope. If not for anyone else or anything else, at least you yourself will know you have done your best...

The shows I watched too.
KYY was the closest one though.
Because it was then I got intoduced to IF.
And you know what IF does ! Analysis , discussions and fan-fictions . You just get involved.
Was aware of the trending only then. They did butcher the show after male lead's return. :/

And now its EDKV. This show has grown onto me like a bug.
The cast & crew , creatives!
And as you said . It hurts </3

But we did know it was a finite series.
All I want is a proper end to this gem of a show amd justice to everything.
Everything falling into place. With time .
By this I don't mean its okay if it ends. Because I know its not okay. At All.
But then whenever we re-watch it again , hoping it has the same zeal throughout.
Wishing the best to everyone.

Hoping it doesn't end abruptly.
-God bless:)

Being a kyy fan is the reason why i havent lost hope on edkv and that hope will be.intact till oct 7th

Kyy fans won twice...first by bringing back kyy with s2 anf then bringing parth back which took almost a month of trending... I remember some crazy.fans.even tweeted modiji to bring back parth😆
I disagree with you only.on one thing.. The usb of kyy was richa yamini and manan not just parth... Niti and parth both were equally important and both had really really crazy and psychotic fans... Kyy entertained us offscreen and onscreen equally.. The only thing good about.kyy was even after all the internal politics the ph and channel used.to consider.fans and their requests... If.you think about it kyy still had abetter storyline throughout than most of the serials esp manan storyline..

Indian's show don't have the concept of 'finite' series, that's only an excuse to test the waters. if a show has a good storyline and has good TRP, suddenly the show ceases to be a 'finite' series for everyone as they try to drag it as long as they can. Ky2 was there only for 100 episodes, but when MTV and Ph got an amazing response, they recognized the potential, so extended it.

As for EDKV, why do you think the Cvs kept dragging the tracks and didn't think about ShraMan marriage or love story till now? They were testing the waters, both Ph and Sony, and now that for some reason known to them, they have decided to end it, they are now running out of their time to show the story as it was supposed to be. And that happened only because they were trying to extend the length of the show as much as they could.

@Spnfan

Ah, we MaNan fans knows the true value of 'hope' as we have eaten the fruits of the hope trees...😉 lol

And in Manik's lingo: 'It's not over till it's really over...' so we hang on any small ray of hope till it's really over and done with...

True that! Richa and MaNan were the most important thing in Ky2, but the TRP and the fangirls wanted Manik, both Manik-Parth and MaNan fans wanted him. Parth was favored in the season one, I am going to be honest here. Niti was given importance but Ph and Mtv wanted Parth more because they did cash on Parth's popularity, not only for Ky but others Mtv shows too. Niti came in their good list only after the new Cvs took control over the show and started to ruin it all in the second season. In the 2nd season, the ph and the new Cvs were biased towards her. The reason why Parth missed the old gang as bechare koh bahir wala treat karte the sab...😆

But things said and done, Richa, MaNan, Manik and Nandini are the only reason why Ky2 was what it was and will always be remembered. And so very true, the Ky2 is the ONLY show which had a very good story line. Dude, the storyline ki baat dur hai, communication problems ShraMan have is more of a problem. The teens's love story and communication skill were more mature and amazing than these kids in the body of 25-27 years old lawyer man and businesswoman.

They had their own MUs, but Cvs here have only given ShraMan MUs and MUs...Nothing else...And there is no way to show them living happily within 5-6 episodes...

The truth is that the Ky2 cast was and still is immature, so are their fans, but the PH and Mtv dealt with them with professionalism and got the best out of the crazy stupid teens. And here even though, EDKV has an amazing cast, the Ph and the channel are wasting their talent and dedication in their immaturity and unprofessionalism. And sadly, once again, we are the ones who have to deal with the tantrums.

The truth is that the only problem here is that the Ph and Sony don't recognize the true value and the potential of EDKV... 😡

I agree parth was favoured a lot during kyy and we all know the reason... When niti turned against parth during the entire.controversy i wasnt surprised.. Eventhough they both made manan niti was way more.professional in her work and never got appreciated by the crew.. Partg used to take vacations during 1 or 2 months and niti was not even given a leave on her sister's delivery... Everytime parth went for vacations she had to.do overtime... On a professional level niti was much.more dedicated that parth.. But.i like pani equally coz they gave me manan and i don't care about their personal life.
Manan had a better love.story than any other couple.on tv leave alone.shraman.. Those.teenagers were.much.more matured in handling a relationship that shraman who are adults...

I like shraman coz nimik potray shraman very well and they has amazing.chemistry not coz.of their storyline... Have to agree that even without.much intimate scenes these two manage to create crackling chemistry...
