I might be in minority here but Sonam looks lovely despite those dark circles. She has such beautiful, symmetrical features.

I don't know about others but I have seen Aishwariya personally & I will definitely not say she looks like any Gita mina sita . She's real beauty .
The rest I don't know . Aalia looks cute though

anyways I have seen many girls who are much beautiful than these BW heroines, and they don't even need make up to look good. My best friend who was in her dad's sarad(Hindu funeral discipline where son denounce every worldy pleasure for 13 days), when I went to meet her on 10th day, she was still glowing like anything, no makeup, nothing else. there was girl in call center who used to come in morning shift(5:30 am they had reach). other girls used to do all blah make-up and all, but she was like nothing, just lip stick and done, even without make up, she was a total totta.

Only Ash looks beautiful. The rest the less said the better. Kareena looks like choosa hua aam face-wise, Sonam has a lot of dark circles and the glow is missing, Deepika the less said the better and make up enhances her features.
