this year star parivar awards ishqbazz leads came there to promot issqbazz

then he talked about ishqbazz & called other 5 leads
.
the main thing is here
when other leads were there leenesh came with neha. nakul & surbhi & guess kunal came with another actress. i can't remember her face but she was not vrushika. maybe he came with ridhima ( i remember her real name)

that time i thougt she is his lead

then watching vrushika & heard she is the lead
.
& now vrushika out
.
so maybe its pre decided that ridhima is the main lead

but my qurstion is then why they bring ishana track
