- Chandu says I couldn't manage to get any money. Manju (Chandu's wife) says that how will we get Rekha married now. Everyone is nervous, Prakash says don't worry we will manage. Prakash says that I am mad at you, since you didn't tell me before leaving. Chandu says that I had thought I had land in the village, and I would survive on that when I got older, but when I got there, the man who I had given the land to manage, somehow sold everything and left me with nothing. Manju says how did this happen, we have nothing left. Prakash tell Chandu we could have gone to village later, after Rekha's wedding, Prakash says someone said something to him and he left. Neetu says don't blame me, its not my fault he never went to the village to look after his land. Prakash says that isn't your pain my pain, its your worries, my worries?? Chandu hugs Prakash.
- Prakash says don't worry, I think I have money. I have a policy that must have matured by now. Prakash asks Neetu go check the date when it is suppose to mature. Neetu said it matured two weeks ago, but I gave the money to the contractors for building our new house. Prakash gets angry at her, and is yelling at her. Chandu comes and says that you don't talk to your wife like this, Prakash says she ruined our last chance to get the money, and she gave the money to her uncle. Prakash says where will we get the money from. Sanju says from me. Everyone is shocked, and Sanju says why are you just staring at me. Sanju says I haven't wasted my money, I have at least 2 lakhs saved up. Chandu says I am so proud of you Sanju, but I cannot take this from you. Sanju says I always thought you give me the love an an apne, but today you have made me and Aai paraya by refusing this money. Neetu says what the big deal, just take the money. Kaku says what will people say. Chandu says I cannot take the money because she is our daughter. Aai says we raised our daughters like sons, so take the money. Sanju takes Chandu's hand and put it on her head, and says take the money. Sanju says think of it as a loan, remember when I was little I use to get two rupess from you, and always use to say its loan, and I would pay it back right, so you do the same. Chandu agrees and asks where Rekha is, Manju says that she went to meet Karan's parents. Chandu says thank god she didn't hear anything.
- At Karan's house, Karan's parents are so excited about Rekha, and says they were worried about the type of girl Karan would choose, a mini-skirting kind, but you are exactly what we were looking for. Karan is lost in his thought, it takes his mother a while to snap him out of it. Rekha is confused looking at Karan. Karan's parents leave. Rekha tells Karan to drop her off at home. Karan gets phonecall, and says he will be right there after he drops Rekha off. Rekha is confused seeing Karan's new behavior, he really doesn't talk nicely with her.
- At night Rekha comes to Sanju and tells her that her papa told her everything. Rekha says if Sanju ever needs anything in her life, she will be the first one to come to her. Sanju says this is her right and haq to help her younger sister out. Sanju asks for a hug in return. Rekha asks Sanju if she is sacrificing her entire life so Rachana can get married. Sanju says she is not sacrificing. Chandu and Prakash have given her so much love, that her own father couldn't give her, she just wants to do this for them.
- Kaku, Neetu, and Rachana are sitting. Neetu is saying she has had a beutiful dress made for Rachana for Rekha's wedding, everyone will be blown away. Kaku says she invivted Vikram and Vivek's family to the wedding. Rachana asks does Vivek go to parties or just does bussiness. Neetu runs to show Kaku the jewelery she had made for Rachana. When she is taking it out, stacks of money fall out. Rachana notice, and goes and picks it up. Rachana take it infront of Neetu with an angry look. Neetu is shocked.
