It just shocked many this week after seeing Kumkum Bhagya big drop in BARC ratings. Show was no1 spot till last week but this week it bagged no 8 spot out of top 5.

BARC ratings of this week is from 11th to 17th September. And the reason of the drop is remember we had 3 hours special event of 'Kumkum Bhagya' Ganesh Utsav on Sunday 11th Spetember from 6pm to 9pm. That episode rating is also counted with the whole week episodes ratings. That 3 hours special episode bagged poor 1.5+BARC rating and other episodes got 2.8+BARC ratings. So average got drop due to that and 12th Sep saw NaamKaran lauched which first 1 hour episode bagged every good ratings but from second episode NaamKaran saw great drop. On the other hand Kumkum Bhagya stabilized its ratings from Tuesday episode and Friday episode of KB saw a great increase.

Now only next week episodes ratings will clear the cloud.👍🏼

This can be true. My friend was saying the same.

KB was effected by namkaran may be but then I don't think the show can be a competition for KB.
Promos attracted many viewers but than I have seen so many negative comments too.
Let's see. We will have an idea next week.

True that😊but especially 3 hours special episode bagged very poor ratings and other episodes got 2.8+BARC ratings that's way average got drop. Now we have to see next week what happens.👍🏼

Even I think the same, I saw that kb maha episode got 2.5 ratings & even namkaaran gave a good competition to kb. Hopefully next week it will increase or remain stable, I don't want ott drama because of drop in trp's.

There is no need to worry for now. Beacause Naamkaran is no where in top 15 after heavy promoted and such storyline. Just hope for the best for KB.😊

We can't predict this week
If they show abhi being attracted towards tanu then definitely we will have a decrease in trp though abhi has a memory lose audience will not accept those sort of scenes not only that nagin2 will bring a big change in trp so there will be a good competition among these shows.So we can hope good episodes

I think they seriously need to stop with the fangirling, it's looking fake.
They need to move along the plot more.
Finally Abhigya need to get out of the friend zone and be lovers. Seeing them being friends is unappetizing at this point.

I can see why they have been going down..but its a long running show and done incredibly well.. it will go back up once the drama begins

Show is diluted and one dimensional now. Too much of Pragya totally idolizing Abhi. There has to be more than that. Arjit is also leaving. So what else is left in the show? Main thing is show is missing conflict, no drama - that's good for ratings. If Abhi and Pragya are supposed to get along fine and have a good relationship, then they might have as well united them both at the end of mugambo track instead of this rockstar and his fan gurl story. Villains getting away with everything is also another turn off, I guess.
