I agree

you know for once i am ok with this sweet moments of family because no matter how many problems does a family has there are always some good and sweet moments in them which they cherish though Bitterness always stays

But here in this show all bitterness has gone down the drains( in words of pinky)

Not only in Oberoi's life but in anika's life too which I am not ok with

Everything is taken as comedy

This show is lacking a powerful villian

Swetlana was one but she has been sidelined as if she never existed

Roop and gayatri less said better

Their tactics are more of comedy

Turning heroine's into villians is something for future but for now they need some good villian

And why would he hate his mom coz she was rude with OmRu once or twice? Parents and brothers have their own place...I understand ppl's craze for bromance but that doesn't mean Shivay will break his relations with all the world and his parents too for OmRu...

Om Tej Scene was really sweet...showed that Om still has the hidden love for his father and he can see the changes in his dad...I would love to see a Tej Omkara patchup just like Pinky Shivay one yesterday...

We might be upset, angry with our loved ones, but we can never hate them...Parents are parents, no matter what!

And I disagree with all 3 girls inside Oberoi Mansion with some agenda...all three would keep the family binded together always and none of the three would be Ashok-Gayatri's dauhter.

Yes for me he is a looser a person who cant love/respect d person who gave birth to u n is ashamed of his mom then is a Loser!i dint want it to b omru may b her greedy behavior like he said in one epi inhe apne bete se zyada 1500cr pyara hai?He dislike his mom bcoz she diesnt have class if he is nt a Loser then i really dont knw what he is?

Calling him a loser is harsh. He cannot connect with Pinky at various levels and there are many many children in this world who cannot connect with their father, mother or parents in general.

Shivaay's emotional connect has been with his grandmother and brothers for the longest time, perhaps as a child he could not understand why Pinky was different from the rest of the family. And many children are embarrassed due to their parents acts. And this emotional distance may have remained over the years.

However, it does not make him a loser. Just not a well rounded thinker.

And in this world, well rounded thinkers aren't common.

Even if you take Om, is he a well rounded thinker or doer? Not really. He is a great guy, believes in equality for men and women, emotional, loving but at the core he is weak (hence his drug addiction and suicide attempt). Also, he does not understand that money is important in this world, for people and that the world doesnt operate the way he thinks, believes and wants.

Shivaay's cynicism may be hard to accept but he has a stronger grip on reality but when it comes to women, his thoughts are dated. But I'm sure that is CV's way of showing his character's progress in future. He will change.

And I don't see the harm in few happy moments. They are just those, happy moments. Dysfunctionality doesnt disappear overnight. That is life...happiness and sorrow go hand in hand. IF there was only sorrow in this world, there would be more suicides and deaths...whoever has the strength to only fight battles all the time?

^Agree bt u knw initial epi's there was a strong dislike or he dint care at all for her so i thought there is smething serious there n i used sympathise with him that he has a parents like Shinky Bt nw the makers took u turn n its actually him who is wrong doer jus bcoz she is nt educated for me the first thing that came out my mouth was loser! There are many childrens who behaves like that bt thats in school or amng frnds i dont think anyone will treat their mom like this in their own house with zero emotional connect!
No O is nt he is another hw much evr kamina u father may bt raising his hands on him was totaly losergiri!
May i had huge expectation after 1st week bt nw they have taken u turn!

lol...such a lame response...a few happy moments doesn't mean a happy ending...life does not have sad moments all the time or happy moments everyday...its a mix of both!

Anyway...no point arguing coz the response leaves no scope for a healthy debate🥱

And btw...loser is spelt as LOSER!

You seem to have certain fixed opinions on how children should behave with their parents. The relationship is never homogenous because we humans are not.

Haven't you ever heard of a son raising his hand against a father?(whether it is right or wrong, depends on the situation ...age and relationship alone does not command respect...behaviour does) Or a son being emotionally distant from his mother?

Anywho...give the CV's a chance to tell their story. Sit back and enjoy!
