Brad's rumoured girlfriend Marion Cotillard reported to be pregnant

Actress Marion Cotillard, who is rmoured to be the cause of split between actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, is pregnant.

The 40-year-old, who is dating actor Guillaume Canet, has revealed in a cover story for Closer magazine that she's expecting a child, reports aceshowbiz.com.

While Cotillard did not reveal who's the father of the baby, her cheating rumours with Pitt have fuelled speculations that he's the father of the impending child.

Pitt and Cotillard began filming "Allied" in London back in March.

According to the website, a source said Jolie was insanely jealous with Pitt and Cotillard's on-screen chemistry.

"Angie couldn't handle Brad's sex scenes with Marion. Her jealousy was out of control. Brad tried for months to reassure her and calm her anxiety, but it simply didn't work. She said her intuition was telling her he was cheating," the source said.

"Angie has struggled with insecurity over Brad's fidelity for years, but she was never as jealous over a co-star as she was with Marion. She was always paranoid Brad would do to her the same thing he did to Jen," the source added.

I don't think this is true. The US press was on it like white on rice since it was breaking news on CNN. Even Clooney was blindsided by the news as he found out when CNN asked him about it.

Anyways, what is coming out is some "incident" happened and Jolie filed for divorce blindsiding even Brad. Since they both talk about kids and she wants sole custody everyone thinks it is an incident with one of them. I don't think the Marion rumors are true especially pregnancy. If not, Jolie would have turned Sati Savitri and painted Brad bad. She is a master at PR and she does it herself. There was an article in the NYtimes about it once

Angelina's decision to file has to do with the way Brad was parenting the children ... she was extremely upset with his methods," TMZ notes. "Our sources say Angelina became fed up' with Brad's consumption of weed and possibly alcohol, and mixed with what she believes is an anger problem' ... felt it became dangerous for the children."

Joint legal vs. physical custody

It's been reported that Angelina is seeking joint legal custody of their kids. If accurate, according to New Jersey divorce attorney Jonathan Wolfe, who was on the team representing Katie Holmes in her split from Tom Cruise, that means "she is agreeing that Brad should share the right to make major decisions for their children," including medical, educational, extracurricular, and religious decisions.

In addition, Wolfe tells Yahoo Beauty, "If she is seeking sole physical custody, as reported, she is seeking to have the children reside primarily with her. This does not mean that they would not spend time with Brad. He would still have the right to visitation as determined by a judge. That said, he could have significantly less time than joint physical custody, which typically would give him approximately 50 percent of the time."

No third party is the reason for their divorce, they've been talking about divorce on and off but Brad didn't expect she will do it like this

He is furious she's asking for sole custody, painting him as a bad influence on their kids
