Katrina's appeal was never her acting, so yeah it is true people never went to see her act. But there was a time when people just went to see her, she was worth it. But since now she is down, and BW ke hisab se old, so people are like "Katrina was only hit because of Khans and Akki". but koi nahi chalta hain, jab insaan geera hota hain, saab laat marte hain.

It depends on the amount of the tribute and contribution they have implied with her Co-Actors in order to get a Hit which has been Katrina,Jacquline and others abba dabba jhabba actress failing miserably.
You need two hands to make a clap on non A list actors. But you need only hand to make clap on khans they have been relying on it since very begining.

When she came into BW it was her new face which brought people to theatres, then the hype around her with the khans and kumars. In Dhoom 3 I heard people saying she looked pretty thats the reason they're gonna gove it a watch. I thought the same would happen with Fitoor owing to her red hair extentions but it didnt.

It was never her acting tbh. If she is improving, well and good but in the past, no!
