My heart skipped a beat reading the Anu ko cancer and then got to know it is ADHM. Use character names instead of real names, would be better😃.

I don't think so.. They showed ice skating scene too so it's due to cold only
But what a tragedy if it was Cz both those men love Alizeh deeply
