Hey Friends Roshni Asked a question What Aditya gained from this Abduction..?? So I would like to share only a little understanding of Criminal Activities in general...
"Mensrea" this is perhaps one of the most important term in the Legal world. The entire Criminology is based on this term. It's a Latin Word which means Intentions. It's Mensrea or Intention which determines the punishments. It's Mensrea or Intentions which demarks Homicide into 2 categories Culpable Homicide & Murder. It's Intention only which Let's an accuse go under the grounds of Self Defense.
All I want to say it It's Mensrea or Intentions that's defines a Criminal activity. There are 4 kinds of intentions that drives a criminal activity either independently or intertwined with each other..
1. Revenge
2. Gain
3. If the accused is a physicopath.
4. Teach someone a lesson
Here I think all the 4 motives are working together.. He wants to avenge Shravan he wants to see him in pain n he by Abducting wants to beat him up, torture him, wants to see him suffer, this suffering Is his gain, that pain is his gain, he is deriving a sadistic pleasure from it... We all have seen him having an obsessive nature n an over possessive nature n superiority complex that nobody can reject me n everyone has to like me n whatever I want I get kind of an attitude.. He interferes in others matters n helps them out coz it makes him feels important... These traits of Obsession, possessiveness Superiority complex, self important, to get whatever I Want kind of attitude was always there in him at first it looked only annoying to us but this problems ran deep in his system n these are one of the most darkest character traits a person can possess. These very character traits have been pushed towards the edge by Shravan n whose reactions we are seeing...
But Aditya not a cold blooded criminal, he is naive he is no thought out through criminal so he is doing most of these things without giving a second thought to it or what will be it's end result or what he will gain from it... His only gain is the sadistic pleasure from Shravan's Pain or to teach him a.lesson or both... If he was a mean person who chalks out all the plans n then worked on it then he wouldn't have molested Sumo in the 1st place... He is a bade Baap ka bigada hua beta who is reckless...
I am not being a defence lawyer to Aditya Ahuja I am just trying to analyse him as a Lawyer... I am using whatever limited knowledge I have on Criminology..
Most of the Criminal Activities happens these days because of this Recklessness...
I might not make sense coz I am not clear myself... So . Am apologising already.
