Divyanka Tripathi Demands Husband Vivek Dahiya's Inclusion In Her Photoshoot
Divyanka Tripathi is a very popular TV star and we guess that she wants to make her husband Vivek Dahiya a popular face too. Else why is she now suddenly demanding that the offers that come to her for brand promotions need to have Vivek's name included in them?
At least one such episode happened recently.
A source close to a branded product told SpotboyE.com about his meeting with Divyanka for a photo shoot of a fashion calendar by a designer who creates attire for women.
Says the source, "We needed a popular face for this shoot but as the client's budget was less, we couldn't afford to approach Bollywood actresses. Hence we decided that TV actresses will be our best bet. Divyanka was top of our list as people are very fond of her. We approached her and explained that it was just one day's work.
She seemed pretty excited--- but before we could tell her about the concept and the budget, she turned around to tell us that she will do it if only if her husband is a part of the project.
We were stunned when she insisted the same even after we told her that a women's wear would sponsor the calendar.
We tried to reason with her a little more , but she said very emphatically that she won't do the shoot unless and until the fee is Rs 5 lakh and repeated that Vivek ought to be a part of it.
Our further requests fell on deaf ears. Seems, Divyanka-Vivek is a package deal now."
Last heard, the calendar is now looking at other TV actresses who will suit best for this campaign, and of course, one who does not have a package deal clause.
