Part 14

Scene shifts to Seventh Heaven. Zoya is in d room while Humeira is in d lobby at her candy counter. Humeira walked to d hotel alone not wanting to come wid Zoya. Zoya has changed into a blue t-shirt n black shorts sitting on her bed lukn sad. She went outside in d corridor n started crying thinking how she lost her friends. Preeti Jaiswal who is d assistant manager of d suite saw her crying n went near her.

"Zoya, r u alright?" asked Preeti.

"Yes, I am alright," replied Zoya wiping her tears.

Just then, Humeira came there wid Maan Singh.

"Maan Singhji, I want to change my room," said Humeira.

"Why?" asked Maan Singh.

"For some reason, we can't live in d same room," replied Humeira.

"U don't need to take trouble, Humi. I myself will leave d room," said Zoya.

"Zoya, u can stay in my room wid me n my twin sons Karan n Kabir. We have 4 beds in our room," said Preeti.

"Thanks but u will be troubled cuz of me," said Zoya.

"No, we will not be troubled but u may be troubled cuz of my sons," said Preeti.

"Fine, I will live in ur room," said Zoya.

Zoya n Humeira r friends wid Preeti also who after her divorce started working in dis suite. She has 2 mischievous n naughty twins sons of 12 yrs old Karan n Kabir.

Zoya n Humeira went back to their room. Zoya started packing her things. Humeira lukd at her sadly packing her things but did not stopped her.

"Humi, why u did not want to live wid me?" asked Zoya after she packed her things.

"Cuz I can't live wid someone who always lies. Also, I can't live wid someone who has sumthn else in mind while talking sumthn else," replied Humeira.

"Okay fine, d whole room is urs alone now," said Zoya as she left d room.

"Am I doing right by wanting to live separately 4m Zoya?" asked Humeira.

Zoya came in Preeti's room. She was greeted by Preeti, Karan n Kabir.

"See, I cleaned d room for u," said Karan.

"Liar, I have cleaned d room which u had messed earlier," said Kabir.

"U both stop fighting n don't trouble Zoya wid ur mischief," said Preeti.

Zoya smiled at dis.

"Zoya, I will bring coffee for u," said Preeti n went in d kitchen.

"I will keep ur things in d cupboard," said Karan.

"No, I will keep," said Kabir.

"Let it be guys, I myself will keep it," said Zoya wid a smile.

Zoya kept her luggage in d cupboard.

"Wat happened between u & Humeira?" asked Karan.

Zoya was silent.

"I know some fight may have happened between both of u dats why she wanted another room," said Kabir.

"Dis is ur bed," said Karan pointing to one empty bed. If u need sumthn u can tell us.

"Karan, u sud bath everyday now otherwise Zoya will get sick cuz of ur stink," said Karan.

"Don't worry, Kabir. I have bathed just now n sprayed deo on me," said Karan coolly.

Zoya laughed at dis. It was d 1st time she laughed after her confrontation wid her friends. Preeti came there wid a cup of coffee n some cookies.

"Here, have them. Did they troubled u?" asked Preeti.

"No di," replied Zoya.

At night, Asad was sitting on his study table doing assignments. He was quiet 4m d time he returned 4m college. He hardly talked to his family. He was done wid his assignments wen Zoya's thoughts came in his mind. He recalled how he irritated Zoya wen he sat next to her on their 1st day of college lectures by lukn into her book to note down d missed points. He recalled how he used to get mesmerized by her on seeing her singing in d suite.

(Asad gets up 4m his chair. He goes near d window n luks outside d window as tears flow 4m his eyes after thinking how he got to know abt Zoya thru Anand Kumar. Zoya is crying while lying on her bed thinking how Asad told her in front of their friends dat she is pretending to be poor 4m 2 months.)

(Zoya is crying alone as Preeti n her sons have slept. She thinks abt Humeira saying on how Asad helped them along wid his friends to save her 4m Imraan. Asad cries lukn outside d window as he thinks abt how she lukd beautiful while dancing in d Fresher's Party.)

(Asad goes n sits on his bed. He thinks abt their moments of eating pani-puris n cornettos . Najma who was passing by Asad's room sees him crying n understands d reason as he had told abt his n his friends confrontation wid Zoya in d college. She gives him a sad luk n leaves to her room before he cud see her. Zoya thinks abt their moments of playfully splashing water at each other n watching beautiful view of sunset 2gthr at d beach.)

(Zoya continues crying thinking how Asad told her dat he fell in love wid her but was hurt due to her lies n then told her dat he hates her. Preeti who suddenly opens her eyes to pick her cell 4m d table sees Zoya crying n feels bad for her. She asked Zoya earlier if she is alright to which Zoya replied in positive. Then Humeira told Maan Singh abt wanting to live separately 4m Zoya. She figured out dat there is some tension between Zoya n Humeira which she needs to find out. She stealthily tuk her cell n went back to sleep before Zoya cud see her. Asad cries recalling Zoya teln him dat she too loves him n him getn happy at 1st n then teln her dat dis also may be another lie of hers.)

Next morning, Zoya is sitting in d class. Humeira n Ria luks at her n then goes to sit on another seats. Asad, Ayaan n Karan too sits away 4m her.

During break, Zoya goes to Humeira n Ria.

"Why u all r ignoring me?" asked Zoya.

"U r asking as if u don't know d reason," replied Ria.

"U lied so much to us so we can't trust u," said Humeira.

They both walked away 4m her making her sad. Zoya went to her locker to remove d required things for d lecture. Asad came there to take his things. He saw her but ignored her. In earlier days, he can't resist irritating her weneva they wud be at their lockers but now he don't even feel like talking wid her after knowing her lies.

"Asad," said Zoya.

"Zoya, I don't want to talk wid u," said Asad n walked away 4m her.

She became sad again. She walked to d way of d classroom. Sexy Babes came in her way.

"Hey Zoya," said Tanveer.

Zoya ignored them n walked past them but they again came in her way. Humeira, Ria, Asad, Ayaan n Karan who were nearby saw them but Zoya did not saw them.

"I can't believe dat lower class girl like u r in dis elite college," teased Tanveer.

"Oh yeah, I am a lower class girl. But ur behaviour is more lower class than me. I can't believe dat bimbos like u managed to get in dis nice college," teased Zoya back.

"Wat did u said?" asked Nida shockingly.

"Didn't u heard properly? R u dead or wat?" asked Zoya amusingly.

"Lets go girls," said Afreen annoyingly while Zoya smirked seeing them go.

Her friends r shocked dat Zoya is not shutting them up by saying dat she is more richer than them. They went near her curious to ask her abt dis.

"Why did not u shut those girls up by saying dat u r also rich in fact more richer than them?" asked Humeira.

"I can easily shut them up using my rich family status but wat abt u? U can't do d same since u r not 4m a rich family like me. Do u mean people who r not rich deserves to be insulted as they can't use their rich family status to shut them up?" asked Zoya rudely.

"I did not mean dat," replied Humeira.

"Then why u even came here wid others to ask me abt dis?" asked Zoya.

"Cuz u r still lying abt urself not teln others dat u r rich," replied Karan.

"I will do wat I want n till wen I want. I don't regret lying abt myself to everyone. Its not easy for me to lie to everyone abt myself but I have to. U all r right in ur place to be upset wid me but I am also right in my place," said Zoya n walked away 4m them.

Her friends r shocked wid wat she said.

"Wat kind of girl she is to lie even after we came to know abt her?" asked Ayaan.

"She really seems weird to me," replied Ria.

Imraan who senses some tension between Zoya n Asad near d locker came to them seeing Asad ignoring Zoya.

"So u both r not friends anymore. I told u earlier dat we sud not be friends wid poor people who only uses their rich friends. She too may have used u," teased Imraan.

Zoya was hurt while Asad was angry.

"U don't need to interfere between us n make stupid assumptions. U better don't talk any crap abt Zoya n just get lost 4m here," said Asad angrily.

Imraan left 4m there.

"U said dat u hate me but u still defend me 4m Imraan," said Zoya softly.

"I wud have done d same if it was someone else in place of u. Don't think of my help as friendship as u have lost dat right," said Asad rudely.

"Asad, we were friends," said Zoya sadly.

"Not anymore," said Asad emotionally.

"Asad," said Zoya shockingly.

"Friends don't hide abt themselves n keep on lying abt themselves. U have insulted d poor people wid ur pretending to be poor. U don't know wat all poor people goes thru," said Asad.

"And u don't know how someone who has lived wid her rich family all her life goes thru wen dat person all of a sudden starts living like poor widout previous luxuries," said Zoya.

Zoya left 4m there while Asad registered Zoya's words.

"I am not able to understand Zoya. She don't seem a bad person at all but she is not regretting abt lying to everyone which she is still doing to others. I think we did wrong in not giving her chance to explain. She seems a mystery," said Asad.

#Asad goes to Zoya's room in d suite.

"I want to meet Zoya," said Asad.

"Why u came now after hurting her?" asked Preeti, "I will not let u hurt her again."

"I know I did wrong but plz let me meet her. I want to talk wid her," replied Asad.

"She is not here," said Preeti.

"Where she is?" asked Asad.

"Don't know," replied Preeti, "She left somewhere in d evening."
