Trying to restore it or repair the windows may not do it for you. Best option is connect the hard drive to another computer, transfer your important data and the format your hard drive and reinstall Windows.

That happened to my laptop too. I've searched on google how to fix it and try everything that was suggested. But it only solved when the service centre change the main board. Lucky me it was still warranted.
