This year has seen some good albums....some good lyrics and some really good signings. Monty Sharma started his career with the poetic Sawariya and Rehman did a fav job in Guru. On the other hand, Vishal Shekhar stormed the nation with OSO.

Pritam rocked with his band in Metro. We had superhits as "Soni De Nakhre," "Mauja Mauja" and "It's Rocking."

I know I missed many albums. So I am posting some categories about music or songs in general. Who or which movie should win the awards this year? What do you think?

Best Album: Om shanti om

Best Composer: vishal and shekar

Best Male Singer: sonu niigaam ( always)

Best Female Singer: shreya ghosal (this time she sung more)

Best Song: Mein agaar kahoon

Best Choreographed song: Mein aagar kahoon

Best Album: Jab we met

Best Composer:Pritem should get it(for Jab we met,Metro, Bhul bhulaiya,Naqaab)

Best Male Singer: Kunal ganjawala(tumse hi), rahat fateh ali khan (jag soona soona)

Best Female Singer:Shreya shoshal (probably for one of the tracks from Cheeni kum, Saawariya or OSO

Best Song: Tumse hi/ hare rama hare krishna

Best Choreographed song: Dhoom again/nagada, mauja hi mauja
