Hi,
"Tu is tarah se mere jindagi me shameel hai" is one of my favourite songs.
It is interesting that when I was watching yesterday's episode (and even much criticised love realisation scene), I thought of the song. Especially this line.
The line from this song song which stuck me which watching how Abhishek reacts to Meera's presence in his life is :
Yeh aasaman, yeh badal, yeh rasate, yeh hawa
Har ek chij hain apani jagah thhikane se
Kayi dino se shikayat nahi jamane se
The point of the post is that even though the grim reality around him remains the same, it just stops hurting in her presence. She is a Ghana saya in his Jindagi ki dhoop (reference from another of my favourite song).
I just can not help it, the chemistry of the leads and the characters has a very nostalgic feel. It belongs to older love stories and simpler times.

@bold-one of the reasons why i love this show and abhishek -meera so much
over the years we have seen different love stories like angry young man-sweet girl and their love hate relationship. more or less all are based on love hate relationship.Love hate relationships are interesting bt i was waiting since days for a show where the hero is nt fighting with his feelings rather goes with the flow of his feelings and Abhishek is one such guy.
Abhishek readily accepted he loves meera.Under her presence, he forgets that meera is unachievable to him.He just loves to love her.he loves the feelings she spurges in him and he for the moment forgets everything else and just drinks her presence around him.Yesterday was a beautiful episode. don't all the girls want that they get someone who looks at her just like abhishek looks at meera????
The sly way he was looking at her in the cab,the way he takes care of her,the way he behaves when meera touches him.Love is all about those small moments.
As you said, the love story may sound old bt its nostalgic and lovely
Thank you fr the song.i wl definitely listen to them
