If he felt she didn't reciprocate his feelings (Sumo avoiding him after Ramnath agreement) and just considered him a friend, there was nothing he could do other than accept it.

I guess, I couldn't convey my point in right way to you. Only thing I want to say is true lovers like Shraman, need to fight each and every hurdle which comes their way and they need to make it sure that their love wins in the end. Their egos, mistrust, insecurities, family pressures, duties towards families and chipkos like Aditya.. everything is a hurdle of their love story and they just need to overcome all of them.

That's why I said-Its not about who is right and who is wrong. Its just about the love.
