Everyone is speaking of how Sonakshi promised Dev that she would marry Ritwik within a month. But what about the promise she gave Dev not to long ago that she would never leave him even if he left her. Has she forgotten that ?

Well I don't really care Sonakshi ends up with which of the two but why do the CVs want to show us that Sonakshi is a woman of promises etc. etc. just the way the way they showed that Dev is a smart, intelligent business tycoon.

I don't why forum people are praising sona for her decision of move on.What happened to her promise of stick to him and if a person loves someone they will wait for however amount of time it takes.Here just she could not give him atleast a time of 1 month also and now she is behaving as if like he did everything intentionally and is happy for whatever he had done.Now she is behaving like a desparate person to get married to whomever she met for first time.Now Sona character lost my respect.Which educated,independant,matured lady of 26 yrs behaves like a despo to get married asap by forgetting her so called fairy tale love story?Is it that much easy to forget first love and move on?Now i does not like sona character at all.she does not look like a FL with values

I doubt!!! These statements are just romantic talks made while having romantic whispers. Bring down stars and moon, will always care for your happiness etc etc.

Relationships require commitment and trust which was absent from Dev's end. At the very first problem he broke the relation without even talking to his Mom which any fool would do. Marrying such a person would be a punishment for any girl. Now let me give you two situations which are very prevalent in Indian families.

1. If Sona by any chance is not interested or can't have a baby - would Dev leave her if Ish says so.

2. If Sona can't have a baby boy and ish wants a pota - will dev leave her.

Considering the charater of Dev in both the aboce situations Dev wud follow his moms dictate😆

It is not about portraying Sona's character as absolutely perfect. She has her flaws just like Dev has his. They both are humans. Yes, her promise to never leave him even is he leaves her, was never completed by her.

But we cannot ignore the fact that she has tried to rectify things even after Dev left her. She went to his house in the pretense of finding out how Dev was doing but i think her real intention was to know if there was any change in Ishwari decision about their relationship. She wanted to know if there was any hope for them in the future which was clearly refuted by Ishwari's behaviour. She still had a slight hope somewhere in the corner of her heart.

To be honest, how can you still stand by someone who looks you in the eye and say that "I don't need you anymore in my life' without a second thought. I agree that Dev had his reasons but Sona also has her reasons for moving on. How can she keep expecting her family to continue waiting for her to get married and start a family after they have been so supportive of her for every decision she has made all her life.

And I am sure when Sona made that promise to Dev, she never in her life thought she would get to see this side of Dev where he would dismiss her without a second thought. And Dev is not giving her a reason to stick on to their relationship either.

This is just my thoughts. 😊
