personally I don't get the hype around shivay.. the trailer didn't connect to me.. big budgets.. locations without any emotional connect don't impress me..

kjo movies no matter how poor or childish they r direction wise are always in tune with me.. His narration is what I am a big fan of.. Loved all his movies coz of his story telling style..

I first thought shivaay is gonna flop but then I heard my family talking abt it and half of the forum too.. still don't get what was that trailer all about?? to me flop is written all over it but this forum will blame poor kjo somehow or Ajay's stupidity if it flops which I will disagree

You don't get what the trailer is all about? Have you not seen Taken? It's got Hit/Superhit written all over it hence why it will succeed at the BO in India. ADHM will do well overseas but it in India...it dosen't stand a chance against Shivaay.

Shivaay has a lot of hype but not as much as ADHM does. The trailer was impressive as it looks unpredictable with lots of curiousity as to what's going to happen in the film. That's what's good about it.

ADHM looks predictable and storyline dosen't seem intresting. To me, the romance & emotional didn't flow well judging by the teaser. KJO's storytelling is boring and same old stuff apart from My Name is Khan. Kal Ho Na No & Agneepath were very good films as well although he didn't direct it.
