What was happened with Rakhi's costume

Hi

I was watching the video of 15 December and in Rakhi Abhishek performance it was said that there was a malfunction in Rakhi's costume but I could not understand that what was happened.

If anyone can explain that what was actually happened with her costumes.

They did not show the malfunction.They didn't want to embarass anyone and so didn't show it.
