So if Dev has become the obsessed psycho stalker/lover, what happened to Neel?

Wasn't there an article, that Neel wud be playing the obsessed and psychotic lover and we all thought Neel wud re-enter the show. But instead we got "is duniya mein doh tarha ke log hote hain" or in Dev's language - "jo bhi naam hai uska"

So why did the guy who plays Neel give that interview?

Neel, well i don't know his actual name, once upon a time i heard tht he had also tweeted abt his re-entry😕 even the actors are confused. 😆

even I like cycle wale NEEL .. Atleast that character would have brought some comic things in this track .

I loved Neel...very upfront and no drama..connected with the character and us..The darts that Dev was throwing at him during their date night or when he came to their house..I watchted those episodes again..Dev was super handsome in those..
