Clash ...Check
Big director ...Check
Big cast(one hero + 2 heroines)...Check

Generating massive response on everything. I remember BM's posters, teaser, songs, trailer...everything was widely talked about.

So will ADHm win the clash against Shivaay like BM did last year? I am getting a feeling already.

No I dint think so. However shallow he maybe as a director..kjo does have a knack to make mass appeal wali candyfloss movies.. It won't tank unless its another kank.

whereas ADHm is being directed by a high intelligent director, who make ground breaking movies, with a lot of character depth, so much s that the same people who trashed SLB for being pretentious are writing essays after essays about an equally pretentious director's movie. 🤪

Some dissimilarities
1. BM was one of the most awaited films of 2016 from started but suddenly Dilwale's announcement made it underdog
2. BM's teaser was awesome..I am not good at digging old topics but if anyone can find it out can see the response was something else. Even in this forum where people mostly dislike SLB went gaga over the teaser trailer
3. SLB was much toned down in BM compared to his other outings where KJo is KJO
4. ADHM title track is received much better than Deewani Mastani (talking about audio track only)
5. There were something in BM which were really path breaking like sets, costume, cinematography. As of now ADHM doesn't promise anything of ground breaking sorts

I hope not. BM was so empty as a film. No takeaways there except some gorgeous settings and fine performances. As a whole, the film was dabba gulla.

Hopefully ADHM is more than just good looking people, gorgeous locations and great music.

Well, it is a KJo film. but yes, this does look like it may have content so it may turn out good afterall. I was just comparing ADHM to BM's triumph in the clash.
