dont know from which angle soumya is like anika as character wise
anika would never do what all soumya did with rudra
she never chooses wrong path even to teach someone a lesson
so plz dont compare anika with soumya or any other character just to prove ur fav ishana as some unique
dont understand why anika is dragged whenever ishana topic or matter is discussed

Hi muktha! good to see you in this forum after swaragini! i quit after SwaSan wedding. 😊 it got too ridiculous for me to tolerate. but ya good to see you! ok now coming to the soumya annika vs ishaana thing, i find soumya to be a subpar copy of her. their styles are similar but ya i agree that their moral ground work is a bit different. annika is fine the way she is, she treats shivaaye the way she does cos he's insufferable and although the behaviour is more than borderline unprofessional but i accept it cos shes right- he's been cruel to her. but with soumya i literally dont understand what her problem with rudra is. she pretends to be comfortable being fat but she lashes out at rudra for not feeling her and saying shes fat. but fundamentally they are 'good' in the same sense thus i aliked them and ishaana is not, which in this case does make her a unique- an anti-hero lead. and actually if you read my original post carefully it was about how baseless it is to compare anika and ishaana cos they're chalk and cheese. this post was written in response to other posts comparing them. 😊

ty for slightly agreeing with me but its not really true that shes not appreciated by anyone considering she has her own fan base, im guessing you meant you dont connect with her. frankly i dont either and i think thats fine. i dont connect with most antihero ish characters on the show so thats fine. as for why hurt Om and break up him and ridhs cos that was her plan and neither of them really matter to her. she felt bad conning a good person in the same way i felt bad killing a lobster for dinner last night. thats normal and indeed to be expected that she'd feel some kind of remorse but thats not going to override her plan. and im quite amoral with a lot of issues and i just dont think breaking up ridhs and om was that big of a deal. it happens in most stories. the hero falls for the heroine and then ditches the girl who was with him before this girl came into his life. she the doesnt 'mean' to take hero away from the girl in his life- fiance, bachpan ka dost who loves him, girl friend, lover etc etc- it just happens. it'll happen with tia, romi and ridhima is therefore nothing special. the story usually goes- shes innocent and great and he just falls for her and leaves his home girl cos shes suddenly too flawed in comparison with the new sati savitri in his life. its all circumstantial. i personally think its all bs and hiding a rather crude truth under the pretext of love and goodness- which is, the hero is going to have to break up with the girlfriend to be with the heroine. thats just it. so i dont particularly care if ridhs and om break up. and honestly he didnt seem that upset either. for such an emotional person like omkara id have expected some heart and art work to make me feel like riddhima mattered to him beyond a friendship, which i never got, so wasnt honestly that involved in the break up. infact i find it quite intriguing that ishaana comes into it without any pretense and danke k chot pe goes for it. and ofcourse she couldve gone for many other targets than omkara but considering that it is their story that would be a bit of a moot point if she went for someone else no?interesting thought- SvetKara, but i do find father and son sleeping with the same woman a tad bit distasteful- too bold and the beautiful for me. 😆but yes the mala bela track was terrible and ishaana is rather terrible at her job. that i think we can all agree. she focused on too many characters rather than staying focused on om alone. the intro of mala was silly. bela was fine. ⭐️
"she felt bad conning a good person in the same way i felt bad killing a lobster for dinner last night" lol., it literally cracked me up.
Actually, I think I could not make it clear. I am an actual neutral fan here or you can say I am equal fan of the 6 leads (maybe less for Soumya) and as the post was based on fan's complain about Ish, I thought to bring forth the logical parts.
Even, for me father-son having same GF was too bold and I think for most of the fans here. BUT they were ready to accept even that. So, Ishana being a con girl is not the problem. At first we knew Ridh is all positive character and there will be an intense story for Ishkara. Then the CV introduced Mala/Bela crap, breaking their relation was not the big deal but to "loot" him she needs to be his GF, this idea was. They needed quick money, but she chose the longer route. She can easily con Om or other in different way. When Ish was beaten and broken and Om consoled her, that was beautifully portrayed, they could be friends and Ish could teach Om that life's not all about black and white and sometimes truth is not the choise. The story could progress from here. Ishana as a character is loved by all but Ishkara is not because it seems forced. It's all CV's fault. But , now after today's confrontation, I think this intense story will proceed.
