Are you blind?

Not just with celebrities but in real life I notice so many people will turn a blind eye to someone they adore and love. I am wondering why? Especially here. Like so many people will get upset over an actor for doing wrong but their fans will say "but they make good movies, but they are attractive" Yeah, so? They are still bad...I am over thinking.

It is their choice but I just can't look at a celeb the same if they did something bad. I wouldn't hold them up on a pedestal like they are a king or queen. Sorry, I just can't..

i am not blind with celebs i will be the first one to admit when they are wrong, but i am blind about people i know personally and i like.. i tend to focus on their positive and tend to dismiss the other stuff... i just like to focus on positive and it can be good, but also quite foolish at times when things tend to blow up in my face and i get proven wrong...

I am like this too. It is hard to feel different about someone you know but a celeb I feel is easy to forget. Just some people can't see passed it 😭

If they are bad in acting and still good in personal life I would like them.
If the person gives great movies with good acting chops then I would not bother much about his/her personal life.

But there is someone who does not know to act, does dumb movies and is very BAD in personal life. Don't know why people blindly love such a person. 🤢

I dont openly criticize my close people in front of other people but certainly I tell them personally when I feel they are wrong..Its the same with me as well...I'm not blind and no one is blind about me either 😛

My opinions about celebs and actor are such that people often wonder whether I like the actor I like or not. 😆 That's because I prefer to be as objective about them as I can. It's not like I'm gonna be paid for loving them blindly. I think this fan worship of celebs needs to die a painful death, 'cause it just encourages these celebs to act like demigods and forget they are human too. It's also the reason big stars put out bad work, because they are sometimes confident it will work despite the lack of quality.

my liking towards a celeb is on-screen only...if they do a good job...i will praise them...if they do a bad job...i will criticise...thats it...what they do in their personal life is their business..i don't care...i am not a crazy fan of any celebs that i worship...they are humans...they are not lord almighty or immortal...when they die...they are either burn or buried...they don't bring their fame...status...money with them...only a coffin and white sheet on them...thats it...who are they...humans only...why give them the attention...working in the airport division...i have met lots of celebs..i just don't care and if they breach the rules...they are charged.. this worshipping all this useless celebs should stop...die a painful death

The point is the people who blame how do they know they are bad and did bad? Did the celebs come home and tell you?
If saying the celeb is good is judgemental then don't even say they are bad coz you don't know!

there is a proverb too that a king can do no wrong..
even if he is the worst of the lot
n most ppl here treat their celebrity as king 😆
n sane ppl who will react appropriate to the situation
