what a waste of 2.5 hours

very boring with barely any interesting moment

abhay deol is so natural and such an amazing actor..he should do more movies

jimmy was decent

diana cannot act..i had a very different opinion in cocktail times but she was a total misfit here and struggled.to get a dialogue right

rest were just okay

javed shaikh needs acting tutorials..he hams like there is no tom and something very unpleasant about his screen presence

overall 1 star from me

One of those movie which could have been really funny, but is kind of let down by the writing!

Firstly, Diana Penty is a complete misfit in the role of an Amritsar girl! I kept imagining Kareena or Kangna or even Alia in this role and how they would have made it their own! Diana's acting is cringe worthy and she just doesn't look the part of Happy at all! Thankfully, only the title has her name, else she doesn't have much to do in the film.

The rest of the cast, I must say is more or less spot on! Abhay Deol is adorable and every time he comes on screen, one wonders why he doesn't get more movies!

Jimmy Shergill has perfected this kind of role and is effortless, while Piyush Mishra who plays Inspector Afridi gets the best lines. He is to HBJ what Pappiji is to the TWM movies!

Ali Fazal is also decent. Momal Shekq is really pretty and acts very well. Kept reminding me of Divya Dutta for some reason.

There are many touches of Anand Rai in the movie that will remind you of TWM and Ranjhna, especially the emotional scenes, but something is missing in the movie. Its a good one time watch, that's it!

The actors in the movie have done a commendable job, special mention Abhay Deol & Jimmy Shergill. Everyone is entertaining barring Diana Penty who despite the movie revolving around her is actually barely in the movie which is not a bad thing since her characterization is not interesting enough.

My only complain is that just when I thought the story has veered off to a love triangle, the course redirects itself and I'm like what's that... was Bilal in love with her or was he just infatuated with her or just plan awe with the high-spirited Happy. Explain... explain..
