@beagle it is not so simple. Sumo's self preservation us to call off the marriage. Adis and Shravan should be to run to the opposite poles.

Self preservation is to protect oneself. But these 3 especially Sumo is inviting disaster and playing with fire.

Moving on should not be marriage and a loveless one to boot.

Hope Adi and Shravan see red too. Above all I want Sumo calling off the marriage and getting a life!

On the news front... ms swaraj is gunning for banning commercial surrogacy in india through a bill. As it is against relegious ethos. God save the country.

Cvs r main split personality...

Shravan was being sarcastic as the sakes na said everyone would be jealous of Adi as Adi will marry sumo. Salesman was right. Theist jealous one is shravan standing right there but he was trying to spite sumo by laughing.

Anjali came to know about SS after the reunion fiasco. Also Anjali threw a party where both SS went.

Poppins - I don't mean self preservation in our actions but more in terms of how we mask our thoughts. In a rio carnival, almost every person wears a mask and it is difficult to see the person behind the mask. It is the same with thoughts. A lot of the times, we vocalise our thoughts clothed in some attire - sometimes dramatic and at other times basic, but never our naked thoughts. That is self preservation - we do not readily expose ourselves to the harsh weather outside, not completely so and never unless under a great compulsion.

Agree with Shravan and Aditya's scenarios but in today's episode, I really couldn't find Suman's selfless love for Shravan. In fact, right from the get go, I saw her on the defensive. The way she yelled at Aditya too reeked of that. To be fair to her, she seemed totally done with whatever was going on around her. Especially with these two men. At the shop, I felt she was exasperated more than anything else with Shravan. His sardonic laugh, when the shopkeeper said guys would be jealous of Aditya was all it took for Sumo to lose it.
I know folks are excited to see a ShraMan wedding no matter what, but if spoilers are to be believed, the wedding will bring with it more anger and hatred.
Was trying to think of the last time I saw these two genuinely smiling, and took me a Long Time to remember the moment - when Shravan asked for two laddoos at PreeKar's roka. And that made me really sad!

Two ladoos- Preetibhoj na?😕

After that they both were genuinely happy when she called him for the coffee date..
We saw him happy-
When she hugged him past midnight...when he watched her sleep in nanu's room...

From Suman's side- I agree. Its been a long time.

Till now it has been about Shravan's hatred..now we will see the reverse, I feel.

He will have to explain why he said what he said..She is never going to believe him.

Now its her turn to call him an actor...and his turn to try and see her from her perspective.

Everyone knows after the reunion..and they all remembered what happened ten years back..same was mentioned at Anjali's party too..It is no secret anymore to their school friends hat these two were best friends.

Shopkeeper said if Sumo wore that dress all kunwara guys would be jealous of Aditya...so when Shrav laughed, he was laughing at Sumo. 😆

Sweet thought, Beagle. 😳

But we know we have those few people around whom we don't need those coats..for they would cloak us...the confidence you spoke of ..

Shravan was such a friend to Suman..Until he called her friendship matlabi and empty...and he asked her what she had to give the great Shravan Malhotra...

And Suman was such a friend to Shravan until he allowed himself to be guided by mind games...

But such is the nature of love..

One day they would know...that despite all this, they still love each other.

In the process, they are out to hurt each other and the means they are adopting to do are extreme, hence the irrational behaviour they both are currently exhibiting.

Dont even want to start on aditya, he doesnt count in the scheme of things

but i have a nagging thought, the number of times these 2 are shown fighting (where at times the fundamental basis of their arguments make you wonder at the divergence of their beliefs and thoughts) without even having really understood each other as 2 adults, there would be some much unresolved bitterness they have between them and would need to overcome

To me, the answer to their problems lie in Shravan.
That is because Suman had been so understanding for so long..he took her FOR GRANTED...all the while, accusing her for what she had done years back..In fact, Shravan is what Sumo was ten years back..So he has to mature for those ten years to understand who the adult Suman is.

Suman is not moving on..She wouldn't want to move on..

She is being forced to...and she is trying to console herself she would have to move on some day..so at least go with what Nirmala and Nanu says.

Sorry to butt in..but..

Commercial surrogacy- Interesting. 😉 Surrogacy is fine...But commercial surrogacy?

There will be no ILU and Shravan is past the stage where an ILU would make a difference...

As he said...Suman deserves what she gets..that is all he is focusing on..until the moment comes when he knows it will never be the same without her in his life. Now he si in denial..Like Kamini said.he will come out of denial.😉
