ok..so i also heard in segment bihaan has only one kidney..

so now MA THAPKI will come forward n donate hers to john..by doing this she will save bihaans life n she will be more MA..😆

Actually the more I think about it the more I prefer Vasu to be the one whose tissue type matches. After all her blood type already matches Bihaan's so it's only a small step for CVs to make us believe their's and John's tissue type match. This way Kosi still begs for help and Vasu can give life to one of the Jaiswal's after having taken one of their other lives.
