Some films are best left alone..I can't really think of anyone in the place of Maddy, Simran, Keerthana and Nandita Das tbh..Sometimes remakes just don't do enough Justice to the original so i'd rather its never remade in any language..Such a gorgeous film on the Sri Lankan civil war and the concept of adoption was dealt with so beautifully..And it had the best album ever and the bgm was out of the world <3

Get the name right first Thuggie😆 Its Kannathil Muthamittal. I believe u have watched the film. Cos u sure know such gem of a film should never go through the painful process of remaking and destroying the legacy of it. Plus its obvious no one in BW can ever do justice to the performances of the original star cast. And ARR magic in this film is just up there as one of his all time best. This film got 6 NAs, its just hard to imagine someone else recreating it and retaining the same magic or better it.
