Kat no longer wants to pursue her Dream; il shift to her previous Pad

Katrina Kaif was always keen in have her own bungalow in Mumbai. But her plans to do the same were put on hold when she had moved in with Ranbir Kapoor, while the two were dating. Reportedly Katrina along with her manager had been looking up bungalows right from Bandra to Juhu and also considering a sea-facing apartment, as Kat always wanted a big space to her.
But it seems like she no longer wants to pursue her dream home. As per sources, Katrina who is still living in the apartment she used to live with Ranbir, would shift to her previous pad in Bandra by October this year.
There are two reasons to this; first that after her much talked about break-up with Ranbir, she no longer wishes to make Mumbai her permanent abode. Second buying property for investment purposes just doesn't make any sense to the leggy actress.
Now is this a temporary decision or a permanent one only time can tell.

awesome... Mumbai property rates is already soaring and frankly speaking she should buy only if she is an indian citizen otherwise no...

No other country allows foreigners and non-citizens to buy their own apartment etc ... its only india where bureaucrats give in...

that is the reason why Property rates in Mumbai is sky high, and its become an unaffordable dream to buy even a decent size apartment for middle class people...

she may shift back to london. she had bought properties there. anyway she is on working visa here. ofc when she moves back to london i m gonna miss her. still will cherish her memories❤️

Can non Indians buy property easily in India?
What passport does she have? Work visas in India must be incredibly easy for actors.

hmmm.. well.. hope she buys her dream home somewhere else if not Mumbai.. some other hillstation or some other beautiful place she can retreat to.. if only I had so much money ❤️
