It is a cameo because Surbhi has another show lined up for which shooting commences next month, I think.

The fact that ShivIka are having a dinner date and she walks in on them is an indicator that she will play a catalyst to ShivIka's relationship. And she's his ex and and the fiance to his rival - that's where I'm seeing potential for it to turn spicy. A jealous Anika will be a treat to watch - considering the fact that she has started mellowing down towards him. 😆

I think Surbhi Jyothi's character will think Shivaay and Anika are a couple and continue her talk. Shivaay and anika will not clarify it for some reason.

Maalika is married to SVR so nothing to worried about.
