Poor Ritwik, what is his fault if Sonakshi ever gets back to Dev after this. It is spoiling his life as well. . After getting Ritwik involved emotionally.

Dev promised that he will not try to meet her again... So this time he willnot come personally to try and stop the engagement. But he might be calling her and may wish her allthe best and then sona will eithernot go ahead with roka or break it if it has already happened...

Sona is just waiting for dev to take his first step towards her by keeping his promise of not meeting her or doing anything stupid

If you look at the sbas segment..looks like it wasn't Dev's call for the first two three times Sona checked.

Because She looked disappointed. . And would have picked up if he called. . I

Even though she took the promise from him . She secretly wishes that he breaks this promise as well.

Maybe then after the ceremony starts, her phone will ring again. . Ritwik asks her to pick the call. . She thinks it wont be Dev. . So why hurt herself by seeing that it is not dev. So she doesn't check.

This time it will be dev's call.

If Dev doesn't stop this, things are going to get so much more complicated. Because families and another guy is getting involved ceremoniously. .

It is definitely over from dev's side if he is not trying to stop it. Bwcause their love story will be at dead end after this point. Even now, if he doesn't wake up. . Then when?

They got a dedicated fanbase for the show and international level popularity and what is left now is TRP. So i think they are doing trail and error by taking the show towards melodrama way which is the key for trps.

Sona asked to promise him that dont mert nd think about me again..and now when she has created this engagement mess she expects him to stop it..kis khushi mein madam bose ..pehley toh usko zabardasti door rehne ko bolo and (I assume he is kerping his promise) phir uska intezaar karo ..ye sahi hai Dr sahab. 😆.fasta toh bechara dev hi hai har taraf se kyun bhai kyun..kis ne kaha tha itna bada syahpa karne ke liye devi ji....and agar karna hi tha wait toh why u asked him to promise you ..India wants to know 🤔 😆

and woh ishwari ke against nhi jayega..so he wont come or call I feel sighhh

What is she expecting to do after he calls? Break off the engagement? Is this not insulting Ritwik and his family. Not done Sona... Not done!!
