Beautiful post. A mother like Asha is her child's biggest strength while a mother like Ishwari is the greatest weakness

Yes, indeed. Asha is an amazing mother. There is such a contrast in Asha-Sona scenes and Dev- Ishwari scenes. One where there is unconditional love, understanding, freedom to make choices ,constant support, friend and mother both in on.. Another where the love seems to be present in mere words, no understanding, failure to see flaws, let alone understand and guide for it and frienship, lets not even go there.
So for Asha 👏Brilliantl character.

@payalj: exactly, one becomes the reason for strength and the other for weakness.

I just wanted add that so far we have all felt that Sona's family scenes have always been just fillers for the episodes with them not having any potential in the main plot. But now we are getting to see their actual role in Sona's life and how they are source of her strength in moving on without forcing themselves upon her. It is good to see that every character in this show has some contribution to the story.
