vese what sona has got to do with dev's problem, he refuses to talk to his mother.even if she understands, then what? they have no future.
her parents asked her to marry so she said yes.. because she has to get married someday,so why not now.she had no reason to refuse. i agree she is rushing into it.
about ishwari respecting her,she will be so consumed with her own guilt of hurting her son that i really don't think she will have time to think about this. and anyway she sent the rishta herself.
about sona, maybe its not sona but ritwick who ends their relationship. then? or may be ishwari begs them to end it for her son. or something else happens. you never know.
