7 months past the release..still no new offers except Veere where kareena is in the lead and is under her own production

not the kind of hype which a Balan enjoyed after Kahani..which a Raunaut enjoyed after Queen or which a Padukone enjoyed after Cocktail..the career defining movies which definitely escalated these stars to a whole new level

yes vidya's movies flopped after it but you cannot deny her hype in mid 2012..she was everywhere..so was deepika after cocktail..and so was kangana after Queen

What is it which is coming in Sonam's way? why is her career defining movie not being as fruitful as for the rest or is mostly considered to be?

I remember saying that Neerja would not make Sonam come right at the top when it released and at that time her fans were like no😆 Neerja has brought Sonam in the game when nearly everyone had decided that she cannot act but she needs another movie to prove that she is capable of ruling

Furthermore, while Vidya, Kangana and Deepika were all flawless in the movies that brought them in the game and were the thunder stealers, the same cannot be said for Sonam in my opinion.. While she was great, she was not flawless for me, not to mention, Shabana Azmi did steal the show from her for me

I am wondering the same...more than 6 months have passed and only thing she has been doing is what she was doing earlier too-Cannes, clothing line, Sonam app, sister's home production which got postponed, fighting with people online.

I don't understand the hype about Sonam's acting in Neerja...Her acting was okay at some places but at a lot of places in the peak scenes she looked totally camera conscious and looked like as if she was trying to suppress a smile...On the other hand,the other actors that you have mentioned have owned the roles that they got popular for...Big difference!

She failed to milk it.

How many opportunities are there for actresses in BW?

I want her to continue producing Chick flicks. I love them and I love Sonam in such movies.

yup Aisha kinda movies with varying co stars and once a while 1 offbeat movie will keep her floating!

I dont see her coming on top anytime 🤔

I like Sonam. Hope she gets good movies. She's loudmouth , but cute 😆
