I think he is in his early 30's. because when CID started & Daya first appeared he was very young, I think the he was not more than 22.His hieght was as same as ACP then, he wasn't so much taller then. so friends we can imagine that still then he was immature enough to be fully matured.
So my conclusion is that-- Daya is in his early 30's
