After a long arguments Maan surrendered nd agreed to go with DM ,, Annie nd Vicky also agreed when Maan said yes ,, DM gave a 32 watt smile nd showered her love on her 3 precious possessions .

She didn't want to force Maan , but her falling health with age scared her ,, d last week incident when she hospitalized for 2 days coz of high sugar forced her to settle down her Grand children in front of her eyes , mainly d eldest Maan ,, Now she wanted to put family responsibilities on him ,, she gave him ample time to enjoy his life along with his study nd work ,, she asked him to find a good girl for him to settle down , but like always he replied that he didn't get d special one for whom he cn bent on his knee to propose her .

This time she wanted to take all d 3 siblings with her to HP ,, she wanted to meet them with Handa family who wr d big support in their hard time ,, there must be someone to stand with her children if something happen to her ,, all 3 children knew less about Handas bcoz they wr very young at that time nd then left for boarding schools ,, now they wr big enough to understand d family nd friends relations .

Mohinder Handa d childhood friend of his Son Yashraj stood beside her to handle this business nd other work ,, she was very grateful to that family ,, Now they visited less bcoz Maan took d charge of KC after completinh his study.

Though DM had her relatives , but some live in US nd Canada ,, few turned very cunning nd tried to gel only to get financial benefits seeing her helpless nd alone , when she saw their true faces she politely refused to take their help nd then called darji nd Mahinder who lived in a village near HP,, Mahinder was not very highly educated but he was very honest ,, he was doing farming nd small business based on agriculture ,, they r very well off nd respected in their Pind .

Next day early mrning they all started for HP nd DM informed Handas nd the care taker of Khurana Haweli,,

It was a long journey , in start Maan was in grumpy mood , but after passing an hr he started enjoying d journey ,, Vicky was sitting in front psnger seat nd Annie in back with DM ,, after many yrs d whole family was going together to their Pind ,, in mid way they stopped at few places to freshen up nd to get some eatables ,, Vicky started songs on his iPad ,, all wr chatting nd enjoying d trip like going on a picnic ,, DM was happy nd took a sigh of peace seeing Maan in good mood.

They reached Chandigarh nd Vicky nd Annie liked d city ,, stopped for lunch nd then started again ,, Annie nd Vicky took few more things for their village stay , they thought that they won't get these things there ,, DM rolled her eyes thinking that how her children became addicted of these things nd cdn't live a simple life like village ppl for few days too

Both d sides of highway big green farms started ,, wheat , mustered nd rice crops wr in full grown stage ,, all around wr only green fields , fresh cool air nd pleasant sunlight of pink winter season ,, they all laughed loud when saw scare crows in d mid of fields ,, farmers wr working in fields ,, this was a diff side of ppl life,, simple , hard working nd down to earth .

After d journey of 7-8 hrs they took d small road ,, DM narrated d route nd then they reached at their Haweli ,, darji, mahinder , nd d care taker wr in open lawn waiting for them ,, they welcome Khurana family nd hugged Maan & Vicky when they touched their feet ,, Mahi touched DM's feet ,, seeing Maan Darji'seyes turned moist remembering his friend nd Yash( Maan's dadaji nd dad) ,, spoke in a heavy voice .

Darji: Savitri Parjaiji Maan to ek dum Yash varga dikhta hei ( Maan looks like Yash ).

DM smiled proudly nd thanked them for coming ,, Mahi patted Maan's back , shook his shoulders lovingly nd asked .

Mahi: hor puttar , body - shody to change bana liti , dil khush ho gaya dekhkar ,( Son, u made a good physic , I m so happy to see u ?).

Maan: thanks uncle .

Darji: chalo ander chalo , oye bheema sab saman ander lekar ja aur chai-nasty laga,, Parjaiji , aap sab ke liye sab kuch tayar hei aur koi jarurat ho to phone kar dena , turant intjaam ho jayega ( Bhabhiji everything is ready for all of u nd if u need something then gave a call nd that'll be done )

All went inside d Big Haweli , which was arrange nd very neat & clean ,, all 3 Jr Khuranas wr awed ,, still after passing many yrs everything was perfect at their places ,, only DM visited once or twice in a yr but behind her d caretaker look after d House very-well ,, all settled in big old style wooden sofas .

DM: bahot -bahot sukriya veerji , aap yahan hei sab dekhne ko to fikar kaisa , aur ghar mei sab kaise hein ? ( thank you very much veerji , when u r here to lookafter everything then there is no reason of worry ,, how r all in d family?)

Darji: Babaji ki mehar se sab theek hein , aaj aap aaram karo aur kal ka din humare sath , sab bahot bechain hei aap sab se milne ko .( it's all Babaji's grace ,, all r fine , now u all take rest nd TM u all will spend ur day with us , all r very eager to meet u )

Mahi: Geet din mei yahin thi sab tayar karne ke liye,, Bheema akela nahi kar pata , aapne achanak se aane ka program bataya raat mei (Geet was here to arrange everything , Bheema cn't do that alone , last night u suddenly informed about ur program )

DM: haan mahi beta , bas socha ess bar sab ek sath aayen ,, sab bacche bhi apas mei mil le , ab aage to enhe hi sab milkar sambhalana hei , humse ab jyada nahi hota ess umar mei ( yes Mahi , this time we all thought to come so that all d children cn meet with each other ,, now they have to handle everything , I cn't handle more in this age)

Darji: ye tusi changa kita ,, kal ghar aao , sab ral mil baithenge aur gallan karenge , aur kuch chahiye to behichak das dena , ao ghar bhi tuada hei .( u did it right , come home TM nd we all'll sit nd talk ,, if u want anything then tell us without any hesitation , that home is also urs )

Darji nd Mahi got up to go nd folded their hands for namasty .

Mahi: ab hum chalty hei , app sab bhi thake hei safar se , aaram kijiye , kal milty hein ,, namasty ( mahi touched DM feet again ) ,, both left instructing Bheema to take good care .

Maan stood up nd stretched himself ,, he drove d car for long so feeling tired .

Maan: DM where is my room , I want to freshen up 1^st nd then a hot black coffee to relax ,, he checked his phone nd thanked god for having signals .

Maan: thank god phone has signals , I was fearing that what i'll do if we didn't get signals here .

DM: Maan we have landline phone here , so don't worry ,, keep this office work away for few days nd spend a quality time with family away from hectic life of city.

V: DM call that Bheema to show us our rooms , after that i'll see d whole house .

DM: Vicky don't call him Bheema , he is very old nd faithful caretaker of us ,, call him KAKA .

V: Ok fine , will he able to cook for us ?

DM: no ,he look after other works , may be he called someone for cooking , let me ask him .

DM called Bheema nd told him to show d rooms nd about dinner .

Bheema: Maaji , khana banane ke liye Lacchi hei , uska pati apne kheton mei kaam karta hei ,, accha khana banati hei .

Annie : hope we like that .

DM showed her eyes nd annie pouted ,, she was not sure that d village lady cn cook like Nakul , their fav.

Bheema gestured all to follow nd he one by one started showing their rooms ,, DM knew her room nd she told Maan to stay in his dad's room which was very big .
