Dev and sona first proper meet happened at hospital when sona admitted Ishwari at hospital. (Though first meet on road)

Sona love realization happened at hospital while dev saved her life. .

Dev sona heart wrenching break up also happened at hospital. .

Some how dev.sona..their life's best or worst things happened at hospital.

I guess because of heartbreak, anxiety, fear of losing her, guilt, self blaming all make dev to become weak and stressful. .finally one day he becomes uncoscious and will be admitted at hospital. .
At that time it strucks sona abt the promises she has given him..
"i will never leave u ,even if u left me too .."
"Yes I know we have to face many complications, difficulties but I'm ready to face everything to be with u "

And whatever happens she couldn't see him do self-destruction..finally they came face to face and talk about their inner turmoils..(not dev suicide drama I think)
