As we have all seen sbs Segment.

Ritwick is aware that Dev is lurking around and watching them.

How did he come to know?

1. did he call Dev to come and witness and get jealous?

2. Did Elena call Dev?

3. Are Elena and Ritwick partners in crime?

4. Did Just Dev just come there thinking of Sonakshi?

5. Has Ritwick met Dev before?

6. is Ritwick another nutritionist? It is still unknown about which doctor is he? Dev has mentioned that he would be searching for new Nutritionist.

I know everyone is waiting eagerly for Ritwick entry.

Just needed to know your prediction.

sona dressed in a nice saree...so I think asha and bijoy send her in nice saree for a coffee date with ritvik ..and Dev may saw them there and follows them till their house but they both may seen dev and sona may tell ritvik abt dev and that why sona crying on his shoulders and tell abt dev...may she agrees to move on with ritvik help and support and ritvik also agrees to support her forever...

IT's also possible that Ritwik looking sideways is offscreen. Actors often look sideways to see camera positions angles and instructions . It's a common thing.
