Awesome post dear. I totally agree with u that these dixits r the biggest hypocrites on earth. They claim that can tell what the other person is thinking when they only hear what they want to be believe. I hate this.
I m so happy that dev broke up with sona and did a huge favor on sona, they didn't deserve her. Sona should only go back to them when they learn and understand that sona is much better person than they r.

I agree with you. the Dixit family are not a family unit, they do not form a support structure for each other. the only support of that family is Dev both emotionally and financially, Dev sister, cousin and aunt depend of dev for all finances, his mother depends on dev entirely for emotional support, and her conditions are very simple her happiness is a priority over that of her sons.

yes Dev love's his mother as evey son should, but ishwari takes advantage of his love and devotion, for her own selfish reasons. her obvious insecurity states clearly that she does not trust or understand her own son, how could she ever probably love him selflessly as a mother should.

she provided for her children when they were young, and been as any good mother should be in difficult circumstances. but the fact that she wants completely and total control over Dev life even thought he is old enough to take his own decisions is a recipe for disaster waiting to happen.

she would rather condemn her son to a lifetime of unhappiness only because she want him not to be in love with the girl who will be his life partner. so that way he loves and gives importance to no one but her.

I really hope Dev vents out his pain and frustration of loosing sonakshi and starts resenting his mother for being so selfish
