Mod's note - i am sorry i dont want to spoil the fun and this is really a great competition happening here. However, I just came across the question 8 of the competition round... ... I am really sorry that I did not read the entire thread in detail. This question is a direct insult on another member of the forum which is never tolerated in IF, let alone in a competition thread.

If someone else asked the same question in a public competition round....i.e. just try substituting your name in the place of the person that has been mentioned here (how much ever the person's posts may annoy you or you may not be able to meet eye to eye with him/her) and see for yourself, if it feels hurtful or not

I am sorry I did not read the entire thread in detail and hence this did not come to my notice earlier. Judges please change the question no 8 or all together avoid it.

i m going to select the song "nimoda" of film"hum dil dey chuke sanam"well its a songs danced by many and occation is a festival

well the dance i m going to do is solo,it will be mixture of kathak,classicaland totally filmi ,type of dance

i m going to wear leghanga of mixture of colours which represents many things at a time it will be having green which inciates nature,red which inciates our the simple of rose thats simple of love,it also contain blue which inciates the beauty of our sky ,white which inciates peace,pink inciates the beauty of sunsetting in sky with full of kundan stones and seckans work of gold,sliver and stones will be there which help me to look gorgeous

jewellery:since i m doing a fast as well as a heavy dress i m going to wear heavy anitque collection ornament with multi colour stones which matches with my dress

well about my dance style

here i m doing a combination of classical and a little bit of khatak and a a little bit of filmy



well i m not proerly trained but i do dancing its in my blood through i never studied any style i have got many prize,i mainly prefer varitey i mean i don't like to do same style i like to expermeint difffernt stlyes,i do free style,i will do dance from my heart and i can do lips tooooooooo

for the dance nimoda i m going to use nimoda known as lemon then i also using dupatta and dandia

make up-little foundation then a cot of cream and then a little pink lipstick i mean little baby pink colour then a little eye shadow then bindi

then ornaments heavy earning and necklace with a mutlistone work then i will wear 4 rings 2 in left hand and 2 in right
then full of colour bangle then payal
then matti(which is put on center of hair)
dance step sorry itz bit diifcult because its fast i will take 2-3 step at a beat

My Choice : I've been trained to do Bharatnatyam......also I like to dance on Filmy Songs as well as Salsa.....I can simultaneously do Garba and Bhangra......I JUST LOVE DANCE!!!!!

Round 1 Dance Choice : YEH ISHQ HAAYE from Jab We Met.

Costume : A Lovely Royal Blue coloured sleeveless frock with the slightest frills.....and having V-SHAPED cuts at the bottom!!!!!

Jewellery : Silver bracelets and earrings with some blue lining.

Make-Up : Only Mascara.

Dance Setup : When I say.....KOI TOH BACHA....I'd stand at a place.....frightened expression on my face.....and take forward my hands for help.....then when I say.....JO JINE KA MAZAA......I'd run from there moving my hands to show the beautiful scene around!!!!

YEH HAWAAON MEIN HAI KYA.....during this I'd repeat the same step but when I say THODA SA JO NASHA......I'd show that m about to fall......just to emphasise on NASHA!!!!!

YEH ISHQ HAAYE.....during this I'd take both my hands up and down rolling and then join them tapping the legs and say O RAMA.....(Sorry can't think of anything else).

When the music comes , I'd do some Bharatnatyam and Filmy mix since the music is somewhat classical!!!!

OMG.....I can explain only this much.....m not at all good at this.....but still I've participated only and only for MY RAJAT..........I noe I won't win but it was Fun!!!! And I can swear this'd be a Lovely Dance.....hope u've understood it!!!!

i will express the grl's happiness, worry and anger wen her pia is late wid my expressions and dance steps...

ans: as per ur options i will prefer 248 years.but actually pluto takes 247.9 Earth years (almost 248 years..not excatly!) to make one orbit around the sun

well my opinion is bit diff here....i never predict wheather i will win or loose....i spend every bit of my enery while dancing on stage jst for the appreciation of Audience.cozz i think the biigest achiever is th one who is able to win the viewers hearts!...

first turn forward & with doing some basic steps i walk forward& my right hand & first my left hand & feet forward with da rythme thenright feet together forward with da rythme.then with da rythme i move back do a few steps with my both hands & then moving forward i do few steps with my right hand & while moving back i move my both hands with the rythme & then hold them together & stop.

My Choice: I didn't take any special training in any type of dance but I like doing bollywood dance. [ that is the only dance I can do without any training ]. And this is the first time I m choreographing any song. So please see to that.

Round 1 Dance Choice: A-A- Ashiqui Remix from 36 China Town

Costume: A black skirt and a red top. A cowboy hat – black and Black high heel boots with a stick in my hand.

Jewellery: Not much. Just a pair of big red earrings and rings.

Make Up: A bit of blush and eye shadow. Eyeliner, Kajal and lipstick.

Props: the hat I m wearing and the stick I m holding.

Stage Setup: We have a Big Chinatown sign on the back of the stage like an entrance. And we have 3-4 people disguised as those china's traditional dragons. There r two dragons. One dragon will move from left to right and the other from right to left in the starting of the song and then they will remove their disguise and will bcm back dancers]

And I don't know how to explain my Dance steps so I m not explaing them. [ No extra points for me ]
