Though i do not agree with the separation (with the creatives choosing the oft beaten path), it is now fact. So where do we go from here... and how do we go from here... Again the CVs seem to have chosen the oft repeated path and bringing in a male parallel lead.. as if women have no other job but to fall in love or to be dependent on some man or the other. Why not be different.. show a woman to be strong, really strong in her beliefs As it is Sona has excellent support systems at home, proven in all her life thus far.. even on the day of the breakup, we have seen the support system.. So why this path?

I think the CVs have lost a great opportunity to show the strength of womanhood and its impact and influence on weaker men. if Dev took an emotional decision, isn't Sona too not taking an emotional decision of converting herself to a stranger? in our moments of weakness, we all say things we do not mean.. in a way we do not intend to.. we say it to our spouses, our children our parents, our girlfriends, boy friends... does that make us any less loving or caring?

One more thought that kept coming to mind.. Who really understands Dev better - Tina or Sona. I am veering around to Tina - she knows that he is one of a kind, no matter how irrational some of his decisions can be. Sona needs to see this too. Which girl would not want to be with a man who is one of a kind, especially if he has a heart of gold?

I may be in a terrible minority, but my heart and mind is still with Sona and Dev. Just cannot take sides now. Both are hurting and hurting badly.

Finally, i hope the CVs really come up with something out of this world rather than give us all the cliched Balaji type stuff.. it is better for a show to be crisp, short and sweet than long, drawn and an emotional drain!
