I was reading Dan Brown's Inferno and came across a definition of Cancer which I found really Interesting.. Here it goes..
"Cancer is nothing but a healthy cell which starts replicating out of control."
Shravan termed Suman as cancer only after he found out that His Sumo has accepted Aditya's help rejecting his repeated offer of help. And if we read the situation along with the aforementioned definition then it means Suman is is still healthy for him which means good enough for him but still she caused him pain by accepting Aditya's help n rejecting his for the 1st time which means she started replicating out of his control.
