Another heartwarming and well put together epi today...my expectations are almost starting to rise again, dare I say...haha
There were so many moment sprinkled into the epi that built on the great shift from yesterday...
1) So even though we didn't actually get to see how Meera fell off the bike😆, we got to see the same bit that the precap showed...Meera all contently leaning onto Abhi as they ride back home...Abhi alternates b/w being aware of and just blissfully happy in her presence.
2) The bit when they pull into the driveway and Meera's like, "aaj kitna mazaa aaya...naya dost bhi mil gaya"...lol...and Abhi is thinking about how the equation has to fall back to Manager-Guest as soon as they walk into those doors. To which Meera counters that she is a tenacious one and holds onto any relationship for life...and after😆...Abhi as always is so enchanted by whatever she babbles...lol
I liked that they put in a bit about Meera chiding him about his genuine smile again...only she manages to pull that out of him😆...and another perceptive bit where she asks him not to scold Kabir...without realizing it, they are already functioning as a unit tackling the Pants together😆
3) Abhi-Meera's first experience with that feeling of "bereftment" as soon as they are pulled apart by their families...haha could have been a technically filmy moment but it was sooo sweetly depicted...I loveddd Meera's expressions especially as she can't help but keep glancing over at Abhi, watching him being fussed over by his family...and then making funny faces about how her sister is pakaaoing her😆...Namita looked really pretty in this bit...I love how they are keeping the makeup minimal...good lighting too. And awww the fact that they added Rohan into the mix with his waving at Meera was a welcome addition.
4) Abhi's scene with Babli...LOL aaj toh he was also calling her Babli😆...sooo natural and sweet this entire scene was as he hugs her and she expresses her gussa at him having just walked away...oh before this, there's a little bit when Abhi watches her from the bottom of the stairs and she gives him pointed huffy looks showing her clear displeasure...haha seriously they are so cute together.
And then the way this entire scene flowed into Kapil apologizing, Madhu also fussing over Abhi, trying to apologize to him...the entire family dynamic was SO realistically and naturally depicted in this scene...also testament to how well the cast has settled in with each other...the chemistry is showing up better.
And ofcourse, perceptive as she is, Babli notices the change in Abhi..."Aaj teri aakhon mein alag chamak hai"😆...and you know, in most cases we'd see a character denying a change in them or not saying anything about it...but here Abhi's like, "Achha? Chalo great if that makes you happy"😆
5) Rohan and Mona fussing over Abhi...LOLL aaj toh saare Pants cute the...and the way Abhi scolds them with a 1,2,3 countdown to get them to sleep...he's such a parent to all of them...no wonder he goes into that mode with Meera sometimes too...lol
And ofcourse Abhi can't stop thinking about Meera so the kaadha has to be divided into two...excuse to go see Meera tomorrow😆
Precap mein Abhi-Meera bit looked sweet...maybe another nice convo coming up...and the rest is Aman ka drama...I guess Abhi's gonna feel morose again cuz Aman asked him why he's trying to show concern for Meera...aww bechara😆...dunno if Meera has gathered the guts to fully stand up to Aman yet.
