Indrani, I differ in reading Adam and Eve's intentions. Their actions were defined less by love and more by curiosity. Eve urged Adam to eat the apple and he did so against his better judgement. But I don't think he was motivated only by pure absolute love. The very fact that they let the serpent/devil infiltrate their idle tells me their faith and love wavered. And as you would expect by taking the bite they exposed their fragile love to doubt and jealousy. I still am not convinced either was unselfish and would have reacted the same way given a more favorable outcome, because their love was tainted.

But I agree hundred % that it is of utmost importance how you use knowledge. It gives power in the hands of humans and that is its main flaw, and it lends itself to be ill used.

Poppins- I used to work in communication and have been an aspiring artist and so quit my job to go to art school. But now I dabble with this and that for pleasure and aspire to become a chef but I can't yet hand in my resignation at my current job- being a my her to my 3 kids!
